PM92109: CANNOT VIEW THE J2C CONNECTION FACTORIES USING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONSOLE.

Error description

Customer has migrated from RAF, Rational  Application Framework
from V6.1 to V8.5. After the migration he cannot view the J2C
Connection Factories using the administrative console.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Exceptions in the administrative        *
*                      console when Resource Adapters with     *
*                      missing information in ra.xml are       *
*                      installed.                              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The administrative console expects certain information in a
ra.xml even when the release of the resource adapter is not
provided.

Problem conclusion

The console will assume that the resource adapter has no
functionality if it does not contain information about its
version.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8, and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
