  Administration of middleware servers through the web UI is not
  possible because it was removed when middleware servers were
  deprecated in V8.5.0.0.
  

Problem conclusion

• Support for managing middleware servers was added back to the
  administrative console.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
