Error description

The SIP container does not add a to-tag to a response generated
by the application after it creates its virtual branch.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: To-Tag not added to the response        *
*                      which is sent on the Virtual            *
*                      Branch (Virtual Branch is defined in    *
*                      the JSR 289).                           *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When an application proxies the incoming request and at the
same time creates its own response on it (Virtual Branch is
created), To-Tag is not added to the new outgoing response.

Problem conclusion

To-Tag is now added to the responses sent on the Virtual
Branch.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
