Error description

After upgrading to WebSphere Application Server 8.5.0.2 the
-Djava.library.path includes the java native path twice

This issue has no impact on product functionality

Java native path shows duplication on java.library.path at the
server logs because one of the paths ends with
File.pathSeparator.

Problem conclusion

Code is corrected to trim off the trailing File.pathSeparator
before checking for duplicate path.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
