Error description

• Currently the system use ip:port to identify a replica. This
  mechanism will provide an ability to map between ip:port to a
  name.

  The internal name of a controller replica is the IP and port
  which makes networking static. The names should not use these
  values so that networking changes can be tolerated in a single
  replica.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modifed the controller so that the internal representation of
  a replica is not dependent on its IP address and port value.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
