Error description

• In the current design, statement parameters are cleared only
  when statements are removed from the cache, so statements in
  the cache can hold a large amount of memory, depending on the
  values of the statement parameters.

  JDBC Statements are cached without clearing the parameters
  which results in memory consumption and leads to memory
  issues, if a server holds multiple datasources with high
  connection pool and statement cache sizes.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix will clear the parameters and cache the statements.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.31.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
