Error description

When profilePath canonical name is different case, the JSP
checking for attributes of this path includes comparing
canonical with the actual path.
They are always different, WebSphere will always recompile the
JSP and performance suffers.

Local fix

Update variables.xml file user.install.root variable to the
correct case sensitive path.

Customer specified profile paths specified during Profile
creation may not match actual file system paths due to path
normalization performed by the Profiles framework. As a result,
associated JSP paths may not match actual file system paths,
resulting in JSPs always being recompiled.

Problem conclusion

To remedy this situation, the Profiles framework has been
modified to perform path normalization using the
File.getCanonicalPath API if it is the case that the specified
path already exists. If the specified path does not exist, then
File.getAbsolutePath is used as before.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
