  The calculation of the CPU usage was inaccuate for Power
  systems. The program was fixed to calculate it correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CPU usage calculation code for Power System was fixed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
