  The value of the property,
  com.ibm.ws.batch.parallel.PERSIST_TOP_LEVEL_JOB_CONTEXT, was
  not being honored during transaction rollback causing a
  NotSerializableException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The value of property,
  com.ibm.ws.batch.parallel.PERSIST_TOP_LEVEL_JOB_CONTEXT, is
  now being honored during transaction rollback.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
