Error description

Plugin-key.kdb is not created if the Web Server defintion
Create encounters an error during Applicaiton Mapping.
Customer had  Applciaitons mapped to a server on a node that
no longer existed. This causes the createWEbserver process to
bypass create plugin-key.kdb

Local fix

CreateWebserver  with mapping NONE
then mapp applciations to the Web server one by one

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When mapping all applications to a      *
*                      newly created webserver, plugin files   *
*                      may not be created if application are   *
*                      mapped to invalid servers.              *

The console finishes webserver creation without creating
plugin files if applications are mapped to invalid servers.

Problem conclusion

The console logs and displays a warning when application
mapping fails due to invalid server mappings, and then
continues to create plugin files.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
