Error description

• Slow performance is experienced when adding an extension to an
  EBA application.

  Adding/removing OSGi extensions to/from a WebSphere
  application server took considerable time. This was due to
  excessive disk operations.
  

Problem conclusion

• The algorithms have been refactored, and results cached to
  reduce the amount of disk operations required to complete the
  operation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
