  admin tklmGroupEntryAdd command and the command contains some
  nested curly braces.

Problem conclusion

• The Admin tklm commands are now working when the command
  contains nested curly braces.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
