Error description
When we navigate to HTTP inbound property panel in the administrative console, "Persist timeout" is listed as a required property. But if we uncheck check box "Use persistent keep alive connections " under "Persistent connections" section, there is no meaning for this property.

Problem conclusion
Moved the "Persistent timeout" field under the "Use persistent keep alive connections" checkbox. We now enable it only when the checkbox is checked. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.
