Error description

on IPv6 Network, when a SIP message with Route header go
through a SIP Proxy the route header is not removed by the
SIP Container.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the SIP Container examines         *
*                      whether to remove the route header,     *
*                      it is malfunction with the host name    *
*                      compression.                            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The SIP Container does not examine the appropriate SipUris
which were published by the SIP Proxy in its outbound list.

Problem conclusion

The SIP Container now examines all outbound lists of the SIP
Proxy when an incoming request with a Route Header belongs to
its SIP Proxy.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2. Please refer to the Recommended
