The target namespace is missing in one of the files associated
with the IBM Support Assistant Data Collection
tool, which causes unnecessary warning massages at the
server start up.

Problem conclusion

A target namespace has been added to eliminate the warning
messages.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
