Error description

When using Installation Manager in GUI mode the system
currently throws an error if the installation path is greater
than 60 characters.  Please make this a warning instead of an
error.

Local fix

Disable the path check bundle and change the path in the
install location panel

In IM_ROOT/configuration/config.ini, add the following line,
and restart IM.

was.install.disableInstallPathCheck=true

Problem summary

*                      exceeds 60 characters when installing   *

When non-administrator users install an offering using the
Installation Manager GUI mode in a non-English locale on
Microsoft Windows operating systems, the default offering
installation path could be longer than 60 characters and the
error will be displayed before the installation location
selection panel. Thus the offering installation will be
blocked and the users are not able to update the installation
path to a shorter path.

Problem conclusion

Update the installation path checking bundle to issue a
warning instead of a blocking error if the default
installation path is longer than 60 characters.  Thus users
can continue and update the installation path to a shorter
path during installation of the offering in the Installation
Manager GUI mode.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
