Error description
When the "View Jobs" link is clicked from the Job Manangement Console (JMC), the scheduler database is queried twice for the job information. This causes a long delay before the jobs are displayed back to the JMC view.

Problem conclusion
One of the identical database retrieval calls was eliminated from the Job Management Console logic. The fix for this APAR is available upon request.
