Error description

• No cache control headers were received from  WebSphere
  Application Server OAuth. The cache control headers  should
  say  public or private and indicate cachablity  and time to
  live.

  were received. The cache control headers should say public or

Problem conclusion

• This fix only applies when using OAuth on Websphere
  Application Server.
  The code has been changed to allow this capability.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8, 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
