* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An IndexOutOfBoundsException was        *
*                      being thrown from an internal class     *
*                      that was wrapping empty data.           *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

An internal class that wraps empty data is not expected have
its value accessed, and throws an exception otherwise.

Problem conclusion

The internal algorithm has been fixed to ensure the
appropriate checks are made before invoking empty values.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
