Error description

  • The collective updateHost command throws stack exception when a
    syntax error is made.  The stack exception is thrown due to an
    incorrect resource key used in the updateHost command.

    When running the collective updateHost command with the wrong
    syntax, the stack trace is thrown.

    Caused by: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find
    resource for bundle

Problem conclusion

  • There is a bug in the updateHost command that set the wrong
    message key and it caused the MissingResourceException error
    to be thrown. The message key has been corrected.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
