Closed as program error.
Error description
Restoring configuration with restoreConfig.sh from V8.5 to V8.5.5 failed with ADMU7008E. This is because restoreConfig does not correctly handle application editions.
Local fix
Manually deploy applications which has edition to new environment.

Problem conclusion
The pathname to the EAR file of editioned applications was not being constructed correctly. This has now been fixed. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.2.
