Error description

Updating an application on cluster with configurator role user
on V8 and V8.5  would see rollout update option at the end of
deployment saving page in adminconsole. If we click on the
rollout update option this would fail because configurator does
not have authority to do rollout update which includes cluster
members restart that can not be done by configurtor role.
This can be seen in WAS 8.0, WAS 8.5 and WAS 8.5.5 release.

Local fix

Do not use "rollout update" option with configurator user role,
instead of that use option "save".

The rollout link is always displayed whether users have the
correct role to use it.  If the roll is incorrect, a blank
page is displayed.

Problem conclusion

The code has been corrected so that only users with the
correct role are displayed the rollout link after an
application update.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9, and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
