Update the xjcl to use

Problem conclusion

Batch container runtime has been updated to include
com.ibm.wsspi.batch.checkpointalgorithms.RecordbasedBase class.

APAR PM96951 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
