Error description

• SystemErr.log shows a NullPointerException in
  PGCJobStatusProcessor when updating job status.

  Timing issue in which the jobLock object was being deleted
  between the time it was verified to exist in the HashTable and
  the time it was retrieved from the HashTable and used.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed timing issue by retrieving the jobLock object from the
  HashTable and verifying that it is not null.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
