APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Liberty server profile native launcher currently uses
  realpath when processing environment variables. This fails the
  validation between the user directory of the security
  identity of the server and the current user directory.
  This causes an exception when starting the controller in the
  Collective.
   "java.security.AccessControlException: CWWKX9207E: The
  CollectiveRepository MBean exists operation cannot be
  completed."

  The Liberty Server profile's native launcher uses absolute
  path name of the server user directory specified by the
  environment variable.
  This causes access denied error because the user directory of
  the security identity of the server is different from the
  current user directory.

  CollectiveRepository MBean exists operation cannot be
  completed."
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the Liberty Server profile's native launcher to use
  the directory path specified by the environment variables.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
