* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After an application stop or restart,   *
*                      the server can respond with a 503       *
*                      status code for static files in the     *
*                      application.                            *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Under certain conditions when an application is stopped,
static file mappings can remain cached. Any requests to the
static file will result in a response status code of 503.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code has been updated to clear the cache
after an application is stopped.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended
