Error description

• When a Liberty for z/OS server starts, the server registers
  itself with IFAUSAGE so the operating system can produce a
  usage report.  Currently, Liberty for z/OS specifies a product
  owner of "IBM", which is different from what the traditional
  profile specifies (which is "IBM CORP").  Liberty for z/OS
  should specify a product owner consistent with the traditional
  profile so that usage report parsing tools work with both.

Problem conclusion

• The product owner that Liberty for z/OS specifies when
  registering with IFAUSAGE has been changed from "IBM" to "IBM
  CORP".
