Error description

• On a restart of a top level job, the analyzer SPI does not
  receive subjob collector data  when the restarted top level job
  ran on a different endpoint server than its previous execution.

  On a restart, it is possible that a top level job
  would be executing on a different
  endpoint server than its previous execution. Since the
  subjob is not aware of the location of the top level job for
  this current execution, it does not send the collector data to
  this new location. It sends collector data to the original
  server.
  

Problem conclusion

• On restart, the container will udpate the location of the top
  level job for all subjobs. The fix for this APAR is currently
  targeted for inclusion in fixpack 8.0.0.4 Please refer to the
