  In some cases, a web request may result in the exception stack
  shown in the error description.  This NullPointerException
  occurs because the web request was processed before the HTTP
  dispatcher component was fully initialized.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue has been resolved in the code fix for this APAR.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
