This issue can be seen as a system freeze or you might see a blue screen crash. Although the situation does not occur often, the deadlock circumstances depend on common network activity and if you are running the Load Balancer for ipv4 on Microsoft Windows operating systems and use a multi-processor machine, you should apply this fix.
Problem conclusion
Code was modified such that the deadlock can not occur but releasing a lock before freeing memory associated with an ARP request. Fix levels: 8.0.0.8 8.5.5.2
