How to Receive Support Notifications for SAN Volume Controller

Keep up to date with the latest SVC information by subscribing to receive support notifications.

Content

The My Notifications subscription service is designed to keep customers, Business Partners and IBM employees informed of new or updated support site information, such as publications, hints and tips, technical notes, product flashes (alerts) and downloads.

Follow the link at the bottom of this page for further information on the support notifications service.

Subscription instructions

The "Stay informed" box can be found on the right of the System Storage product support pages. Click on the "My notifications" link to access the support notification service, or click "More information" for additional help and information on the service.




If you do not yet have an IBM ID then you will be prompted to register.

Once you have signed in then you can go to the "My notifications" homepage and setup a subscription for the "SAN Volume Controller (2145)" product in the "Storage software" family.



Choose your desired subscription options and click on the "Submit" link.



Once you click on the "Submit" link then your subscription will be activated.

You will receive a confirmation page once your new subscription settings have been saved. These subscriptions settings can be updated at any time.
