Problem Description:
 IMU does not support Long Block Interface (LBI) in IOMODE=DYNAM

Problem Summation
 Dynamic mode was never programmed to support LBI.

Problem Conclusion:
 LBI interface was implemented by changing the following
 modules:

 FSDYNIO0
 FSDYNVBO
 FSDYNVBI
 FSDYNFBI
 FSDYNFAO
 FSDYNFBO
 FSDYNVAO
