  Problem Description:
  
   FSYCNV50 assumes that COBOL program is an EZT Plus porgram when
   FILE SECTION is detected in the source code.
  
  Problem Summation
   FSYCNV50 logic needs more filtering to exclude COBOL from
   selection.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
   FSYCNV50 was changed to exclude programs from selection when
   the following condition exist:
