General Description:
====================

Fixes for apars IO05856 and IO05858

Note: This fix is only applicable to TDI Plugins, not to TDI main stream.

Details:
========
This interim fix contains fixes for following two issues:

IO05856 Proxy should accept loopback connections only.
IO05858 Adding version and vendor details to timpwflt.dll


Prerequisites:
==============
- Tivoli Directory Integrator 6.0 Plugin should already be installed.
- 6.0.0-TIV-ITDI-IF0012 should be installed already.

Applying the Fix:
=================
- Unzip the Interim-Fix zip file into a temporary directory, and follow Installation instruction for correspoding plugin:


Windows Password Synchronizer Plugin:
-------------------------------------
1) Remove the password filter name (timpwflt) from the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Notification
Packages" Windows registry key.
2) Reboot the System.
3) Backup following files in folder of your choice:
<Windows Directory>\system32\timpwflt.dll
<TDI Plugin DIR>\IDI\_jvm\jre\lib\ext\timpwflt.jar
<TDI Plugin DIR>\IDI\_jvm\jre\lib\ext\proxy.jar
4) Now, replace the above mentioned files with corresponding files from the fix
5) Add the password filter name (timpwflt) to the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Notification
Packages" Windows registry key.
6) Reboot the System.


SunOne Password Synchronizer Plugin:
------------------------------------
1)Backup following file in a folder of your choice:
<TDI Plugin DIR>\SunOne\_jvm\jre\lib\ext\proxy.jar
2) Now, replace the above mentioned file with corresponding files from the fix. You may need to stop TDI Plugin proxy to do so.


IDS Password Synchronizer Plugin:
---------------------------------
1)Backup following file in a folder of your choice:
<TDI Plugin DIR>\IDS\_jvm\jre\lib\ext\proxy.jar
2) Now, replace the above mentioned file with corresponding files from the fix. You may need to stop TDI Plugin proxy to do so.


Domino Password Synchronizer Plugin:
------------------------------------
1)Backup proxy.jar file from any of these locations, to a folder of your choice:
<Domino Server Dir>\jvm\jre\lib\ext\proxy.jar
<Domino Server Dir>\jvm\lib\ext\proxy.jar
<Notes Directory>\jvm\lib\ext\proxy.jar
2) Now, for all of the above mentioned locations, replace proxy.jar file with corresponding file from the fix. You may need to stop TDI Plugin proxy to do so.
