• THE ITPRESP EXTERM COMMAND REQUIRES A LINE, VTAMAPPL, OR TCPIP
  CODED BEFORE IT, LIKE THE TERM, BUT THE DOCUMENTATION INDICATES
  IT CAN BE CODED OUTSIDE OF THIS. THIS CHANGE MAKES THE EXTERM
  WORK AS DOCUMENTED.
