Problem conclusion

• When a session is selected by a TRANSID any defined Logon
  data is saved internally and passed to that session.  If
  when selecting the TRANSID it selects an inactive session
  the Logon data is saved and then cleared but if it select
  an already active session, the Logon data is saved but
  incorrectly not cleared.  The next time a session is
  selected this Logon data is incorrectly passed to that
  session.  In the above situation the next task to be
  attached was not a regular application session but it was
  the IDLETIME session (used when IDLEWARN is in effect)
  and the IDLETIME task gets confused by the unexpected
  Logon data.  The logic has been altered so that the Logon
  data is only saved when an application is inactive.
