• You have configured E21 signon exit ISZE21PH and are using Top
  Secret ESM.  A user logs off and attempts to signon again and

  creeps rather than message TSS7172E.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was not resetting a control block thus causing the
  second logon to fail. The code now resets the control block.
