Error description
Installing a system with erase_only or complete_overwrite and ERASE_ITERATIONS = 1 and ERASE_PATTERNS = ff on 6.1 will fail with : + Log Scrub_Drives Erasing drives Scrub_Drives: Erasure of drive hdisk10 failed.
Local fix
If a 5.3 spot is availabe customer may erase the disk using that spot then install using is normal spot. Customer may also be able to mount the drive on another partition then format the disk from there.
Problem summary
utility uformat or any other utility, running at system startup time, which uses libc functions priv_copy(), priv_subset() or localtime_r() will fail
Problem conclusion
define priv_copy(), priv_subset() and localtime_r() in libc.a.min so that they are available during system startup time
