  • On aix 61, pam user is unable to ftp.
Telnet works fine for the same user.

Local fix

  • By Disabling PAM, the LDAP user can ftp.

Problem summary

  • In RBAC system LDAP user is unable to ftp when authentication
type is PAM.

Problem conclusion

  • Appropriate code changes are made to address the issue.
