Error description
Customers do not enable the kernel debugger, so they should not be exposed to this problem. If they did, the symptom would be possible corruption of FR register(s) for application that generate invalid operation exceptions. That could lead to incorrect results of calculations by such applications. The combination of kernel debugger enabled and the application generating invalid operation exceptions make it extremely unlikely that a customer application would ever see it.
