Error description
Customers with large number of hdisks per VTD (greater than around 25 - 30) may see Client hang while attempting large IO operations. There are typically no errors logged on either the client or server at this time
Local fix
Problem summary
Heavy I/O on VIO Client with a large number of disks per VTD may hang the VIO Client.
Problem conclusion
Do not attempt partial allocation if vrme_alloc() failes with DMA_NORES.
