Problem conclusion

• in krpc_clnt_tcp_create_cid() if clnt_tcp_init() failed
  destroy the client and return NULL. also, in
  krpc_pmap_kgetport_cid(), after clnt_tcp_create_cid() returned
  check for cl_auth structure to make sure it is not NULL.
