Error description

  • I/O hangs in the following stack.

    [04607318]scsidisk_sleep+000078 (??, ??, ??)
    [045E0210]scsidisk_ioctl+0005F0 (??, ??, ??, ??, ??, ??)
    [004AE4E0]rdevioctl+0000C0 (??, ??, ??, ??, ??, ??)
    [00648428]gno_ioctl@AF18_4+000048 (??, ??, ??, ??)
    [005A018C]fp_ioctl+00006C (??, ??, ??, ??)

When the reset sequence is running on the last active
    path
of a disk and if it receives serial number different from
what it had known before, it fails all the command except
the ioctl commands. It also marks the disk state as
reset failed. This leads to reset sequence being tried
    indefinitely.

    gno_ioctl@AF18_4+000048 ()
    fp_ioctl+00006C ()

Problem conclusion
