Error description

Local fix
There is no workaround of the issue. System would need to be rebooted.
Problem summary
A system hang with one cpu stuck in addrepage().
Problem conclusion
The addrepage code is modified such that a process will detect that it lost the race for an entry, and it will loop until it finds an unused entry.
