  After the apply of the PTFs for APAR PK69527, when HLASM is
  processing Macros and an internal storage block fills up, an
  overlay of storage in the new control block may occur causing
  an ABEND when freeing up storage and possible incorrect
  processing by the assembler.
  

Problem conclusion

• The High Level Assembler has been modified to ensure that
  when an internal storage block fills up for an address/length
  pair, storage areas from a previous control block do not
  overlay storage in the new storage block.
