  show a wrong text.
  - CBDD806I shows 'unknown type' instead
  of PCIe function and the ID of the function.
  - CBDD820I  shows 'unknown unknown type' instead of a request
  type

Problem conclusion

• Following HCD messages have been changed for PCIe related
  dynamic activates:
  - CBDD806I  Error encountered during the processing of a
   dynamic change request for PCIe function 0040. Return code: 64.
   Hardware response code: 00000110
  - CBDD814I  FORCE keyword not specified for request: modify
   PCIe function.
  - CBDD820I An unknown return code was passed by CP for request:
   delete PCIe function 0040, RC: 83.
  Following HCD messages has been created for PCIe related dynamic
   delete or remove LPAR, if the PCIe function is not offline:
  - CBDD792I Change is not possible because the following PCIe
   function is not offline: 0040
