• PRINT / SELECTING USE IMAGE FORMAT CHANGES
  THE ORIENTATION OF SHEET IN PRINT
  .
  1.Select "File" / "New" from the menu bar.
  The New dialog box is displayed.
  2. Double-click "Drawing" in the "List of Types" field.
  The New Drawing dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click the OK button.
  The Drawing1.CATDrawing is created.
  4.Select "File" / "Print" from the menu bar.
  The Print dialog box is displayed.
  5. Select a HP printer, for example
  HP DesignJet 1055CM by HP as a printer.
  6. Select the Properties button.
  The Properties dialog box is displayed.
  7. Select Portrait as the paper orientation.
  8. Select ISO A0 ﾨ 841 x 1189 mm as the paper
  size.
  9. Click the OK button.
  10. Click the Page Setup button.
  The Page Setup dialog box is displayed.
  11.Check the Use Image Format option.
  12. Click the OK button in the Page Setup dialog
  box.
  The paper orientation changes from Portrait to
  Landscape.
  As a result, the right side of the document is cut
  out at the time of printing.

• Incident Diagnosis

  The activation of the UseImageFormat option
  modify the orientation of the printer. The format of
  the printer follows the sheet format if the option is
  activated. It means that the paper size and the
  paper orientation are modified.
  This is the wanted behavior.

  Correct Application
  .
  In customer case, the printer does not support A0
  landscape format, so the draw is clipped. The
  HP1055C printer does not draw larger than A0
  portrait. So customer should modify the orientation
  to do not exceed the paper capabilities, and turn
  the image to 90 degrees.
