APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Attempting to start multiple Backup Stgpool processes with
  V5R4L1 can result in erroneous diagnostic messages:
  ANR9999D afbackup.c(1726): . LockBackupOptimization returned 43.
  Changes made for IC51892 will display this erroneous "volume in
  use" condition when a lock on the backup optimization table is
  unsuccessful. Previously the process will wait until the lock is
  available without logging any messages.
