  • XAER_RMERR exceptions during committing the DB2 side transaction
branch.
DB2 z/OS has more committed records than what have been reported
as completed transactions at WebSphere side after restarting the
TCP/IP service at the client that hosts both WAS V5.1 and DB2
Connect V8.1.

Problem summary


    

  • You will receive XAER_RMERR exceptions during committing
the DB2 side transaction branch.

DB2 z/OS has more committed records than what have been
reported as completed transactions at WebSphere side.

This occurrs after restarting the TCP/IP service on the client,
that hosts both WAS V5.1 and DB2 Connect V8.1.
