Error description

• Error -804 may be raised when creating a nickname against an
  Oracle table
  that has decimal ( number ) columns.
  This happens when the db2 database has been created with a
  territory code that has a
  comma as a default decimal seperator.
  The error is raised because db2 fails to convert the comma into
  a dot when updating
  the system catalogs with the high2key and low2key values.
  
  IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000] SQL0804N  The application program
  arameters for the current request are not valid.  Reason code
  ".  If a host variable or SQLVAR in the SQLDA is invalid then:
  host variable/SQLVAR number = "", SQLTYPE = "", SQLLEN = "",
  ost variable/SQLVAR type = "".  SQLSTATE=07002
  
  Workarounds may be to :
  
  Add DB2_II_LOW2KEY_HIGH2KEY=NO in the db2dj.ini file.
  or
  set NLS_LANG=French_American.AL32UTF8 in the db2dj.ini file
  (This value may need change depending on the locale).
